Bring Your Own Garments


DISCLAIMER

Please be aware that, in these terms, “own items” refers to any item intended for embroidery that is owned by a third party.

At BrandMarque, we strive for high customer satisfaction, but embroidery is a mechanical process that carries a small risk of damage to items, though such incidents are uncommon. Consequently, we can only accept own items for embroidery under the following conditions:

  • BrandMarque will not be responsible for replacing or repairing any client-owned items that may be damaged during the embroidery/print process.

  • BrandMarque reserves the right to decline any own items that we consider unsuitable for embroidery/print.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their items are free of defects or flaws before delivery or drop-off.

  • Embroidery is an intricate process, and in rare cases, the stitching can cause certain materials to pucker, bow, or wrinkle.

  • Requests for removal, re-embroidery, or refunds will be evaluated at BrandMarque’s sole discretion.

BrandMarque is committed to making every effort to ensure your satisfaction with your embroidered or printed items, we cannot always guarantee this on customers own garments.

By sending or dropping off your own items for embroidery/print, you accept these terms in full and you are leaving your garments at your own risk.

If we did not supply the item, we will not replace it. This means we do not take responsibility for how your garments will respond to the embellishment process. However, you can trust that we will apply our expert judgment upon receiving the items.
