Decoration Methods Explained

With our cutting-edge machinery, Brand Marque offers a variety of methods to customize garments with your logo.

Our advanced embroidery and printing equipment can transform your logo into a striking design on any garment. However, it's important to consider factors such as the material of the garment before choosing the most suitable application method.

Embroidery

Embroidered garments are a popular choice for a variety of purposes, especially for businesses looking to give their workforce a cohesive identity while promoting their brand effectively.

This technique involves securing the garment with a metal frame and applying backing fabric to the logo area to ensure stability during stitching. While the process may sometimes leave a temporary mark on the garment, it can be easily removed by rubbing or washing.

The embroidery itself is completed using a computerized embroidery machine. Your logo is digitized and uploaded to the machine, and additional details, such as thread colors, are specified before the process begins. At Brand Marque, we use only premium-quality Madeira threads and SWF embroidery machines to ensure a flawless, professional finish.

Embroidery is particularly suitable for garments such as polo shirts, business shirts and blouses, aprons and tabards, jackets, and headwear, making it a versatile option for various uniform and branding needs.

Print
Printing offers numerous advantages, including exceptional durability and the ability to create intricate, vibrant designs with vivid colors. At Brand Marque, we use state-of-the-art printing machines to deliver high-quality results that are sure to impress. Depending on the garment type and the complexity of your logo, different printing techniques may be more suitable. The primary methods we use include screen printing and DTF (Direct to Film), both of which are outlined below.

Screen Printing
For logos with bold, vibrant colors, screen printing is an excellent option. This method is ideal for producing consistent designs across multiple garments, making it a popular choice for bulk orders. Screen printing involves using multi-colored inks, which are applied to garments through mesh screens.

The process begins with separating your logo into individual colors, each assigned to its own screen. After each layer of color is applied, the garment is placed under a heat lamp before moving on to the next screen. Once all colors are added, the garment undergoes a final drying process to ensure the ink remains durable and resistant to wear or washing.

Screen printing works well on a variety of garments, including t-shirts and hoodies. It's particularly effective for large designs on the back of garments when producing multiple pieces with the same logo.

DTF (Direct to Film)

DTF printing, or Direct to Film printing, is an innovative process that involves printing your design onto a specialized transfer film rather than directly onto the garment. This technique is perfect for detailed logos with vibrant colors and offers exceptional versatility across various fabric types.

The process begins with your design being printed onto a transparent film using specialized inks. A layer of adhesive powder is then applied to the printed design, ensuring it bonds effectively to the garment. The film is cured using heat, creating a ready-to-transfer image. Once prepared, the design is applied to the garment using a heat press, transferring the ink and adhesive for a durable and vibrant finish.

DTF printing is particularly advantageous for intricate logos and full-color designs. It works well on a wide range of garments, including cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, and is ideal for smaller runs or customized designs. With its strong adhesion and long-lasting results, DTF ensures your logo maintains its sharpness and vibrancy, even after repeated washing.
