All garments come as standard with school crest embroidered on the front left chest and leavers design on the reverse. Additional personalisation available at checkout.
How we work...
Initial Setup
Once your personal webshop is created a unique link will be provided for you to share with students and parents to purchase online.
Orders
Your shop will be open for an agreed timeframe (usually 2 to 4 weeks) where students / parents / carers can visit the link, choose their size, color, optional personalisation and make a payment.
Summary
On the deadline day, we’ll collate the orders and send you a summary for your reference. (We may reopen the shop for a few extra days for any last-minute orders to be placed).
Delivery
We print and deliver all of the orders in one package. We’ll include individually named and bagged hoodies in the box for easy distribution to the students.

- Approve the Design: We’ll create the signature design and send you a proof for your approval.
- Set Up an Online Shop: We’ll help you open an online shop where students or parents can place individual orders. Once the shop closes, you’ll receive a summary of all orders.
- Production and Delivery: Once approved, production begins, and your hoodies will be delivered within 2–3 weeks.

Can I return a hoodie?
As all our hoodies are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s a fault with the garment, product or decoration method. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Is there a minimum order number?
We are happy to fulfil orders of 10 or more items. So even if you just have a small order we will be happy to help, and you can expect the same kind of service as someone ordering 100. All our customers are equally important.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is always included in all our quoted prices. There are no extra charges for delivery. What you see is what you get.
How should I wash my garment?
Our prints and embroidery are very hardwearing and should last as long as the garment itself under normal washing conditions. That said, to keep prints and embroidery looking their absolute best we recommend washing items inside-out at 30 degrees. A washing instruction guide will be included with each completed order.
How are my items delivered?
Delivery is usually within 2-3 weeks once your online shop has closed. Faster turnaround is available on request if you are working to a deadline. Please note that we get very busy towards the end of the school year, so the earlier you place your order the better! All orders are delivered in bulk direct to your school. Each order is individually packaged and named for ease of distribution.
