Embroidery

Direct to Film (DTF) Printing

DTF (Direct to Film) printing transfers your design from a specialist film to fabric using heat and pressure, producing vibrant, detailed, full-colour prints. Ideal for logos, names, and graphics, it works on almost any fabric, including cotton, polyester, blends, and hi-vis or technical garments.

The design is printed onto film, coated in adhesive powder, then heat-pressed to bond permanently to the garment. DTF combines the clarity of DTG printing with the durability and flexibility of transfers, creating a soft, long-lasting finish that resists cracking or peeling. Perfect for small to medium runs with a quick turnaround.

Screen Printing

If your logo features bright, vibrant colours, screen printing is an excellent choice. Ideal for multiple garments with the same design, this method uses layered inks applied through mesh screens to recreate your logo. Each colour is separated for its own screen, heat-set, and then dried to ensure long-lasting results.
