We charge a clear, all-inclusive rate for each decoration method, with no additional fees for logo size, number of colours, or design details.
With a wide range of ordering options, our cost structure may appear intricate, but we've simplified it into three main components:

Setup Fee (for new logos)
A one-time fee for converting your artwork into a format compatible with our embroidery or printing machines.

Garment Costs
This covers the price of the clothing or items you select, with discounts available for larger orders.

Decoration Costs
This fee is for applying your chosen design to the garments. It is based on the number of applications regardless of the number of colours, logo size or design.

One Time Setup Fee
A setup fee will be added to your order when placing a customization for the first time. This fee covers the process of converting the file or text you provide into a format suitable for our printing or embroidery machines.
Additionally, we will send you a proof for approval to ensure it meets your expectations and appears as intended.

Print - £10.00 +VAT
Please note that once you have paid the setup fee for a customization, you will not be charged this fee again on any future orders, unless your artwork changes, in which case a new setup fee will apply.

Garment Costs
We offer a wide selection of clothing from various manufacturers, with quantity discounts available on all items. On each product page, you’ll find a table showing the cost based on the quantity ordered. The discounts apply to the total number of a specific item in your order.

Front Chest / Arms / Nape of Neck
Embroidery - £3.50 +VAT
Print - £3.00 +VAT
For larger back designs
Embroidery - £6.95 +VAT
Print - £4.95 +VAT
Please note that prices are ‘per application’
Embroidery runs of 7 garments or less will incur a small run fee of £10.00. This cost will not be incurred for runs of 8 or more embroidered items.
