At BrandMarque, your satisfaction comes first. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, ensuring the process is smooth and hassle-free. Please note that international returns are not included.

Return Methods

If your order arrives incorrect or the items are defective, we'll handle the collection and return for you.

For all other returns, we kindly ask that you arrange the return of the items yourself.

Some items we can’t accept for return

We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty.
For that reason, we ask you to take your time when designing and selecting the sizes of your custom clothing before submitting them for production.

Unfortunately we cannot refund carriage costs. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed.


Please Note

You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty. Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. BrandMarque. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Such item(s) may either be returned to you at your cost or be subject to a re-packaging fee.
