All orders will be delivered, in bulk, directly to the school for distribution no more than two weeks after the closing date of this shop. If any delays arise we will notify you / the school as soon as possible.

Returns: We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. This is a personalised 'made to order’ item and they are not eligible for return and CAN NOT be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. To avoid disappointment please check sizes before ordering.
